As the Director of Legal Services, she assisted over 6,000 people in obtaining permanent residency and other legal statuses, offering hope and safety to those in need.

Humanitarian remedies to start over

We provide the legal support you need to obtain protection and residency through humanitarian remedies, so you can start fresh, without fear, and with your loved ones by your side.

Juvenile Visa (SIJS)

If you’re under 21 and have been abandoned, abused, or neglected by one or both parents, this process offers protection from deportation, a work permit, and permanent residency options.

T Visa

For victims of human trafficking, the T Visa allows you to stay and work in the U.S. After three years, you can apply for permanent residency, including for your spouse and children.

VAWA

If you've suffered abuse from a U.S. citizen or legal resident, VAWA allows you to apply for residency without depending on your abuser, protecting you and your children.

U Visa

If you were a victim of a crime in the U.S. and cooperated with authorities, the U Visa allows you to stay, work, and after three years, apply for permanent residency.

We help keep families together

We guide you through the residency process so that you and your loved ones can stay together, enjoying the safety and peace of mind you deserve.

Family Petitions

If you have family members who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, we support you in obtaining residency and keeping your family together.

Provisional Waivers

If you need to leave the U.S. to get your visa, we help you apply for a provisional waiver (I-601A) to ensure that your time apart from your family is as short as possible.

Military PIP

If you’re a family member of a U.S. service member, we help you stay in the U.S. without deportation risks while you process your residency.

Family Unity PIP

If you are the family member of a permanent resident, we help you in staying in the U.S. while you await your immigrant visa, with a work permit and protection from deportation.

We walk you through the process of obtaining U.S. citizenship, ensuring that you enjoy all the privileges and opportunities that come with being a citizen.

We help you obtain U.S. citizenship so you can enjoy all the rights and protections it offers.
